Surely you must be in breach of operating standards right now. You've been telling people about experiencing "technical difficulties" for a long time now. If you're experiencing financial difficulties or looking to close the company, please just tell people so they know to look elsewhere. Appears it has been like this for months!!!!! I have contact them through email twice using and I have not received any response whatsoever. I tried to contact customer services through the app to which I explained my issue and the app or bot then asked me to confirm my name and whether it was correct but it wouldn't even allow me to click on the tick to confirm. I saw my limit of £1500 which has always been the case and all of a sudden it just disappeared and changed to £0 while I was on the app. I recently logged into my account hoping to use flynowpaylater and I was on there for about five minutes. ![]() I was then later told that there is technical issue and they are working hard to rectify the problem. First issue I was having with my account earlier in the year was that the app was struggling to generate a card for me. This is the 2nd negative review I'm having to give within the space of less than a year. ![]()
